Acceptance

The services & products that FURNISHA provides to you are subject to the following Terms & Conditions (T&S). FURNISHA reserves the right to update the T&C at any time without prior notice to you. The most current version of the T&S can be reviewed by clicking on the "LEGAL" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.

Description of Services 

Through its network in field of interior decoration & designing, FURNISHA provides you with access to a variety of resources, including Home Interiors, Office Interiors, Store Interiors, Restaurant Interiors, Hotel Interiors and Furniture Products. The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new offers, are subject to the T&C.

Intellectual Properties

We believe in making unique ourselves for that we have Trademark Certification of our brand FURNISHA and its logo, the current status of trademark is “®”. We strictly do not allow the name & logo to be used by anyone without getting approval from our end, use of these without our knowledge may lead us to take necessary legal steps.

Work Criteria

FURNISHA allows their client to get work either in Works Contract or Product Purchase basis. Works Contract applies on Full/Partial Interior Decoration, Repair Work etc. and Product Purchase applies on 3D/2D Design, Furniture & other retail products etc. All works done at our end, shall be bounded with the terms of the page indefinitely.

Payment Terms (Works Contract)

Client shall pay their payments of estimated value in following terms:
- 40% amount at the time of placing order with acceptance of work value and contract agreements.
- 50% amount can be paid in 2 or 3 parts within work period.
- 10% rest amount to be paid within 10days of completion.

Payment Terms (Product Purchase)

100% of product payment on order to ready and deliver products.

​

Work/Purchase Order
WO or PO is necessary to start works, and on each changes, it shall must be revised or issued by client to get uninterrupted services.

Credit Facility

We value your continuous relationship with us, for this we provide credit facility upto 15days on 20% of estimated value for Corporate Clients and 10% of estimated value for Residential Clients.

EMI Facility

Customer can easily opt for EMI through their Credit Cards on our website.

​

No Cost EMI
A most trending option "No Cost EMI" is available on selected credit cards with some great cashback and discounts.

​

Product & Service Warranty

- 3-5years on-site service warranty for works done with certified/approved materials.

- 1year on-site service warranty for works done with commercial materials.

Refund Policy

Client shall be entitled to get refund for following conditions:
- In case of unavailability of required products/services.

- In case of wrong item delivery.

- In case of out of coverage city/state/area.

Overdue Payment

- We believe in making a good relation with client and for the same, we have various payment options to make comfort of our clients. Clients can pay their overdue within stated deadline as per company norms via Cash, Cheque or Card. The company shall have rights to claim and act legally of non-receipt of payments after several reminders and crossing due date.

Add-on Charges

- We care of you, so we do all required works additionally with your verbal or texted consent on site which occurs as add-on charges in your final invoice. You are requested to pay the same without any interruptions.

FURNISHA Account

We may offer an account with us where clients can avail our services online. With a FURNISHA account, you can sign into FURNISHA products, as well as those of select our Partners. Signing into your account can enable improved personalisation, provide seamless and consistent experiences across products and services. When you sign into your account to access a product, we create a record of that sign in. If you sign into a third-party service with your FURNISHA account, you will be asked to consent to share the account data required by that service.

In the event of a conflict between a FURNISHA privacy statement and the terms of any agreement(s) between a customer and FURNISHA, the terms of those agreement(s) will control.
